Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive the growth of our educational programs across three key sectors: individuals, corporate clients, and universities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Pitch and sell educational courses to individuals, companies, and academic institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at networking events, education fairs, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and lead generation.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
