Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive the growth of our educational programs across three key sectors: individuals, corporate clients, and universities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Pitch and sell educational courses to individuals, companies, and academic institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Represent the company at networking events, education fairs, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and lead generation.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
